The U.S. Marshals serves as the enforcement arm of the federal courts and is involved in virtually every federal law enforcement initiative.

  • Man Wanted for July Shooting in Youngstown Arrested by U.S. Marshals

    Youngstown, OH – The US Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) announces the arrest of David Tribble, 44. Tribble was wanted by the Youngstown Police Department for aggravated murder.

  • Texas U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force Apprehends Alabama Capital Murder Suspect

    Austin, TX – Members of the U.S. Marshals-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force (LSFTF), working on a collateral lead from the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force (GLRFTF) in Alabama, arrested a man sought for capital murder in Montgomery, Alabama.

    Portland, ME – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Maine Violent Offender Task Force (MVOTF) announce the arrest of David Ryan, 60, in Dixfield, Maine. According to authorities, in June of 2024, the Manchester, New Hampshire Police Department sought an arrest warrant for Ryan for the charge of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault (Pattern).

    Memphis, TN – Kode McNair, 25, was arrested in Memphis, Tennessee on November 6, 2024, after an investigation by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). McNair was wanted in Mississippi for capital murder and tampering with/fabricating evidence.

    Newport, WA - The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNWVOTF) assisted representatives from the Stevens County Sheriff's Office, the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, the Pend Oreille County Sheriff's Office, and the United States Border Patrol with arresting Kelsey Rodriguez-Howatt and Kenneth Weiss.
