2 Dangerous Fugitives Wanted in Ohio Arrested Near Washington, D.C.

Montclair, VA – Late yesterday afternoon, members of the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) arrested Daniel Glenn, 33, and Gregory Stallworth, 32.  Both suspects were wanted for violent crimes in Ohio.

Glenn was wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department for attempted murder, felonious assault, and various weapons violations.  A warrant for his arrest was issued on September 26, 2023, and the case was turned over to the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) for investigation approximately a month ago.  Investigators here in Ohio gathered information that Glenn may have fled Ohio and was possibly hiding near the Washington D.C. area.  Yesterday members of the CARFTF were able to narrow down a location for Glenn and arrested him at a home in the 4400 block of Ashgrove Dr. in Montclair, VA, approximately 30 miles south of Washington, D.C.

During the arrest of Daniel Glenn, members of the CARFTF encountered Gregory Stallworth. Stallworth has been wanted by the Warren Police Department and the NOVFTF since January 2021 for homicide.  Stallworth is suspected of shooting and killing Queysean Sallin on September 25, 2020, in the 1400 block of Fifth St., near the Hampshire House Apartments in Warren, Ohio.  Stallworth was arrested without incident.

In addition to the two fugitives arrested, members of the CARFTF seized 11 firearms.  The seizure included 5 handguns, 6 rifles, 3 drum magazines, and dozens of rounds of ammunition.  Both fugitives will remain incarcerated in the D.C. area until they can be extradited back to Cleveland and Warren to face the charges against them.

U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott stated, “Outstanding work by members of the USMS in Washington, D.C. Not only were they able to safely locate two violent fugitives they took almost a dozen guns off the streets.  These two fugitives thought they could hide forever, but it is now their time to face the justice system.”
