Thomas Weeks Memorial Service

U.S. Deputy Marshal Thomas M. Weeks Jr., is remembered by his family, fellow law enforcement officers and the local community during a memorial ceremony honoring his life and service at the Bojangles’ Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina, May 6, 2024. Weeks, 48, of Mooresville, died in the line of duty on April 29 when a suspect opened fire on law enforcement officers while serving a warrant, killing Weeks and three others. U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland and Director Ron Davis of the U.S. Marshals Service delivered remarks at the memorial service.
