IGA - Scott County Detention Center, Arkansas Intergovernmental Agreement

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Scott County Detention Center, 100 West 1st Street, Waldron, Arkansas 72958 ( (hereinafter referred to as the facility).
