IGA - White County Detention Center, Arkansas Intergovernmental Agreement

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the White County Detention Center, 1600 E Booth St., Suite 200, Searcy, AR 72143 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).
