IGA - Northern Virginia Juvenile Detention Center, Virginia Intergovernmental Agreement

The purpose of this Intergoverml1cntal Service Agreement (lGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marsha1s Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Juvenile Detention Commission for Northern Virginia (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Northern Virginia Juvenile Detention Center (the facility).
