IGA - West Virginia Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, West Virginia Intergovernmental Agreement

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) or other authorized agency user to house Federal detainees with the Local Government at the West Virginia Regional Jail And Correctional Facility Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Facility).
