    Columbus, OH – The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) arrested fugitive Santos Carrillo on June 7, 2023, on an outstanding arrest warrant from Davidson County, North Carolina. In January of 2016, an arrest warrant was issued for Carrillo charging him with a First-Degree Sex Offense of a Child.

    The child was reported as a runaway to the Sweetwater Police Department in Texas, and authorities received information that the child could be heading to the New York area.

Amerman was wanted on 2 carjacking warrants and 1 attempted murder warrant. These warrants were issued late in the evening on May 23rd and immediately delegated to the U.S.
