Up to $5,000 Reward Offered for Information on Wanted Toledo Fugitive

Toledo, OH –  The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Jermaine Johnson. Johnson is wanted by the Toledo Police Department for homicide.

Wanted Fugitive - Jermaine Johnson

On December 18, 2023, officers from the Toledo Police Department responded to a shots fired call near Bronson and Mulberry Streets in north Toledo. On scene, the officers found several victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Among the victims was a 14-year-old Toledo resident, who was later pronounced dead at St Vincent’s Hospital. Jermaine Johnson was identified as the suspect and subsequently a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Johnson is described as a black male, standing 6-foot 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 220 lbs. Johnson is believed to frequent the north-end of Toledo, near Michigan and Locust Streets. Johnson is to be considered armed and dangerous.
