Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA)

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Otero County Prison Facility in Chaparral, New Mexico (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS ) and other federal user agencies ( the Federal Government) and Ozaukee County ( the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of Federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Ozaukee County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Pamunkey Regional Jail P.O. Box 510 Hanover, VA 23069 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Passaic County in Paterson, New Jersey (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Passaic County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Pennington County Jail 603, 2nd Street, Rapid City, SD 57701 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Perry County Correction Center, Uniontown, AL (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Perry County Correction Center in Uniontown, Alabama (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Pickens County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Pickens County Detention Center in Carrolton, Alabama (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) or other authorized agency user to house Federal detainees with the Local Government at the PIEDMONT REGIONAL JAIL, 801 Industrial Park, Farmville, VA 23901 (hereinafter referred to as the Facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office, 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33778 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Pittsburg County, McAlester, Oklahoma (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Pittsburg County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility, 26 Long Pond Road, Plymouth, MA 02360 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Plymouth County in Plymouth, Massachusetts (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Polk County, Texas (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the IAH Adult Detention Facility (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Polk County Jail in Des Moines, Iowa (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Porter County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Porter County Jail in Valparaiso, Indiana(the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Portsmouth (the City) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal low or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Portsmouth City Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Prince William-Manassas for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal low or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Pueblo County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Pueblo County Jail in Pueblo, Colorado (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Pulaski County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Pulaski County (Tri County Detention Center) in Ullin, Illinois (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility in Little Rock, Arkansas (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Queens Detention Facility in Queens, New York (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Rapides Parish Detention Center, 700 Murray Street, Alexandria, Louisiana 71309 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this agreement and security provided the federal government and the local government establish this agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the local government at the Rappahannock Regional Jail, 1745 Jefferson Davis Highwa YI Stafford, VA 22554 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Ravalli County in Hamilton, Montana (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Ravalli County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the RENSSELAER COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY 4000 Main Street Troy, NY 12180 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Richmond City (the City) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Richmond City Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Richmond County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Richmond County Jail in Augusta, Georgia (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Hopewell County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Riverside Regional Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement(IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Roanoke City for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal prisoners at the Roanoke City Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Robert Deyton Detention Facility in Lovejoy, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the facility).
