  • Suspected Murderer Wanted in Mexico Arrested in Spokane

    Spokane, WA – On April 18, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Jesus Salas-Rubio was arrested near the 1000 block of E Mission Ave in Spokane, Washington. Salas-Rubio was wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant in connection to a homicide in Mexico.

    Spokane, WA - On April 15th, 2025, the United States Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) located and arrested Marshall Foster, 60. Foster was wanted out of Forsyth County, North Carolina for allegedly molesting his adopted daughter, who is physically disabled.
