USMS Tips is exclusively dedicated to receiving information on U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) wanted fugitives, registered sex offender not residing at correct address, potential threats to the federal judiciary, or USMS Supported missing child cases. If you are attempting to report a crime or public safety concern, please contact your local authorities. Members of the public can also report violations of U.S. federal law or suspected terrorism or criminal activity to the FBI at https://www.fbi.gov/tips. Call 911 if this is an emergency or a crime in progress.
*USMS sex offender investigations are limited to registered sex offenders who are not residing at their reported address. Any tips involving sex crimes or other misconduct by registered sex offenders should be reported directly to local law enforcement.
*USMS missing child investigations are limited to recovering and finding USMS supported missing child cases. For reporting crimes involving children, you can visit https://www.usa.gov/report-crime.
*Threats against the federal judiciary includes any threat against a federal judge, federal judicial employee, or a federal court facility.
When you submit a tip using USMS Tips, you will receive a unique tip number and be able to communicate directly with a USMS representative. Your identity will remain anonymous unless you provide it to USMS. You can provide additional information to supplement your original tip by logging onto USMS Tips using your tip number. If you lose your tip number, just submit a new tip.
