New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force have been requested to assist in the location and arrest of fugitive, Jay Gardner Jordan . Jordan is wanted by both the Franklin Police Department and the Coos County Sheriff's Office for failure to register as a sex offender. Jordan is required to register as a sex offender due to 2 prior convictions of indecent exposure and lewdness. Jordan was last registered as homeless in Franklin, New Hampshire. Prior to moving to Franklin, Jordan was registered in Northfield, New Hampshire.
