The United States Marshals Service - District of Massachusetts and the Brockton Police Department, is requesting assistance in locating 35 year-old Luis Soto. Soto is wanted for a Homicide which occurred on or about January 31, 2023, when he allegedly entered a store armed with a handgun and fired a total of 16 shots while inside striking two individuals mortally wounding one.
