Alexander Sutton

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Strafford County Fugitive, Zachary Alexander Sutton. Sutton is wanted for Bail Violations stemming from alleged domestic violence assault charges that reportedly included the act of strangulation. Sutton has a history burglary, drug use, absconding and assaultive behavior. Sutton has ties to both Berwick, ME and Rochester, NH, and was last known to be employed by a roofing and renovation company out of Lebanon, ME. The U.S. Marshals are seeking any information that may lead to the location and arrest of Sutton.

Allarick Donyen Hill

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Rhode Island fugitive, Allarick Donyen Hill. Hill is wanted on two warrants including a Federal arrest warrant for Probation Violations due to a prior conviction for Fraud and a State of Rhode Island warrant for Probation Violations on prior Assault convictions. Hill has an extensive criminal history that includes firearms, robbery, and assaults therefore he is being listed as ARMED & DANGEROUS. Hill is possibly residing in Manchester, New Hampshire and the US Marshals are seeking any information that may lead to Hill’s location and arrest.

Tia Reed

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest New Hampshire State Parole fugitive, Tia Reed. Reed is being sought on a warrant alleging violations of her conditions of parole. Reed is on parole due to an original conviction and sentence for Sales of a Controlled Drug – Fentanyl. Reed is currently believed to be transient but her last know residence was Hill, New Hampshire. Reed has ties throughout Hill, Alexandria, Bristol, Sanbornton and Laconia areas.

Joel Barlow

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest New Hampshire Department of Corrections Fugitive, Joel Barlow. Barlow is being sought for parole violations. Barlow is on parole due to prior convictions for 4 Narcotics cases and a theft case. Barlow was last known to reside in Laconia, New Hampshire but his current whereabouts are unknown.

Duron Flynn

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest United States Marshals Fugitive, Duron Flynn. Flynn is being sought for failing to appear on an original charge of Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Drugs and Possession of a Firearm. Based on the Firearm offense, Flynn should be considered ARMED & DANGEROUS. Flynn was last known to be in Manchester, NH.

Josephina Eredia Estrella-Pena

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest United States Marshals Fugitive Josephina Eredia Estrella-Pena. Estrella-Pena is being sought on an arrest warrant for failure to surrender – Escape. Estrella-Pena was originally charged by the DEA for Synthetic Drug Sales. She has a been a fugitive since 2017 and is last believed to be in New York City.

Vivian Guerrero

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest federal fugitive, Vivian Guerrero is being sought on an arrest warrant for Distribution of Heroin. Guerrero has ties to the Lawrence and Boston, Massachusetts areas.

Ryan Moore

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest federal fugitive, Ryan Moore. Moore is being sought on supervised release violation after initial drug charges including possession with intent to distribute and distributing a controlled substance. Moore has ties to the Nashua New Hampshire area as well as Northern New Hampshire.

Jason Edward Brooks

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Concord Police Department fugitive, Jason Edward Brooks. Brooks is being sought on an arrest warrant for multiple counts of Assault, Reckless Conduct and being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. Brooks has an extensive criminal history including drug offenses, resisting arrest, firearms charges as well as crimes of violence. Brooks has ties to the Concord New Hampshire area.

Robert Cain 

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Nashua Police Department fugitive, Robert Cain. Cain is being sought on an arrest warrant for failing to report and register as a sex offender stemming from two separate occasions. Cain is a Tier 2 Sex Offender with a duty register for life in the States of New Hampshire based on a conviction of Indecent Assault and Battery on a Child in Peabody, MA. Cain has a criminal history that includes multiple charges of failing to report for sex offender registrations, criminal trespassing, and public intoxication. Cain is reportedly homeless and staying around Manchester, NH, but he also has ties to Nashua, NH.
