Meghan Elizabeth Donnelly
The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Strafford & Carroll County fugitive, Meghan Elizabeth Donnelly. Donnelly is wanted on two outstanding warrants. The first was issued by Strafford County for Failing to Appear on a charge of Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Drugs. The second warrant was recently issued by Carroll County for Failing to Appear on a Drug Possession charge. Donnelly was last known to reside in the Wakefield, New Hampshire where she has family, friends and associates.

Jonah Sebastian Couturier
The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Rockingham County/Seabrook Police Department fugitive, Jonah Sebastian Couturier. Couturier is wanted on numerous narcotics related offenses, as well as a reckless conduct with firearms charge. Couturier was last known to reside in Seabrook, New Hampshire, but as a result of a fire in the residence caused by his manufacturing of narcotics, his whereabouts are currently unknown. Couturier has prior addresses in Merrimack, New Hampshire where he has other family, friends and associates.

Allarick Donyen Hill
The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Rhode Island fugitive, Allarick Donyen Hill. Hill is wanted on two warrants including a Federal arrest warrant for Probation Violations due to a prior conviction for Fraud and a State of Rhode Island warrant for Probation Violations on prior Assault convictions. Hill has an extensive criminal history that includes firearms, robbery, and assaults therefore he is being listed as ARMED & DANGEROUS. Hill is possibly residing in Manchester, New Hampshire and the US Marshals are seeking any information that may lead to Hill’s location and arrest.
