Toledo, OH – Today, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Gervens Justilien. Justilien, 31, was wanted by Allen County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service for murder of an Allen County woman.

Cleveland, OH - The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is alerting the public of several imposter scams involving individuals claiming to be U.S. Marshals, court officers, or other law enforcement officials. During these calls, scammers attempt to collect a fine in lieu of arrest due to a claim of identity theft, failing to report for jury duty, or other civil process issues.

Akron, OH - Early this morning, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) and the Akron Police Department arrested Sher Bahadur Bhujel, 28. Bhujel was wanted by the Akron Police Department for rape of a juvenile.

Cleveland, OH – Today, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Kemar Wallace, 38, who was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder.

Akron, OH – A short time ago, members of the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF), along with the Akron Police Department, and agents from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), recovered Sara Herrera, 1, and her mother, Maoly Toscano Hererra, 17.  Additionally, Bayron Tejeda, 22, the father of the baby girl, was arrested.

Akron, OH – This afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Kameron Darnell Griffin, 23. Griffin was wanted by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, West Virginia, for murder.

Cleveland, OH – Today, members of the US Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Steven Cole, 23, who was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder.

Cleveland, OH – Today, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested three individuals wanted for murder. George Smiley, 52, and Deon Hudson-Bey, 21, were both wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for separate homicides and Deshawn Wright, 19, was wanted by the Euclid Police Department for aggravated murder.

Cleveland, OH – This afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Christopher Terry, 39.  Terry was wanted by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated vehicular homicide.

Las Vegas, NV – On February 7, 2024, the U.S. Marshals Service Nevada Violent Offender Task Force arrested a suspect wanted on a multi-defendant indictment out of the Northern District of Ohio – Cleveland.

Montclair, VA – Late yesterday afternoon, members of the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) arrested Daniel Glenn, 33, and Gregory Stallworth, 32.  Both suspects were wanted for violent crimes in Ohio.

Toledo, OH –  The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Jermaine Johnson. Johnson is wanted by the Toledo Police Department for homicide.

Toledo, OH –  A U.S. Marshals Service-led multijurisdictional law enforcement operation, which focused on apprehending violent fugitives and subjects wanted for felony narcotic violations at 12 locations throughout the U.S., has resulted in nearly 600 arrests nationally.

Cleveland, OH – This afternoon, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Stephen Johnson, 27, who was wanted by the Little Rock Police Department in Arkansas for capital murder.

Cleveland, OH– Late last night, members of the U.S. Marshals Service in Kentucky arrested Angela Miserendino, 42. Miserendino was wanted by the Solon Police Department for involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, and endangering children.

Cleveland, OH – Late this afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF), the Euclid Police Department, EDGE (Eastside Departments Group Enforcement) SWAT and Ohio State Highway Patrol’s SRT arrested Davonte Lavonne Childs, 27. Childs was wanted by Sandy Springs Police Department in Fulton County Georgia for homicide.

Miami, FL – In the early morning hours of January 14, 2024, members of the United States Marshals Service took Alen Gorishti, 33, into custody.  Gorishti was wanted by the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) in Ohio for a boating incident that resulted in the death of a local fisherman.  

Columbus, OH –  Early this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) arrested Ja’Vontae Jones, 22.  Jones was wanted by the Mansfield Police Department for murder.

Parma, OH – This afternoon, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested a 16-year-old who was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder.
